The Cattle are Grazing

Hi Friends! Just a quick word the Lord spoke to me recently and has given me the green light to go ahead and share!

Lately the Lord has been doing a lot of speaking to me regarding "planting seeds", and really recognizing the season and rhythm we are in right now. There were a few things that I have brought before the Lord in prayer, and basically told Him how "big" these things are and how, well, small, I am. I don't think I am courageous enough, or experienced enough, or just, in general, enough, for these particular situations. The Lord corrected me swiftly!

"Is there anything too hard for the Lord? At the appointed time I will return to you, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son."- Genesis 18:14

Okay, so much in this one verse! First is this: "Is there anything too hard for the Lord?" My perspective of a situation is not the Lord's perspective! Everything is possible in His strength! I could spend many days writing to you about the effortless STRENGTH of the Lord, but I think you know this already!

Also: "At the appointed time, and according to the time of life"- these are so important to get! He was showing me that He is a God of order and structure, and things do not just happen spontaneously, but by His command. Things will come to pass just as He has spoken they will. His thoughts are higher, and His ways are always better. Mysterious as they may be sometimes, they are always working for our good. That is a promise!

"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope."- Jeremiah 29:11

Okay, so, as I was saying earlier, when I was telling the Lord I really didn't know how or what to do with these situations that were so huge, He told me simply, "Plant the seeds."

I'm not going to share the things I was praying for, just yet, out of respect of privacy for those involved, but WHEN their testimony is here, because I know it is coming, we can talk more about those "seeds".

So, "plant the seeds", has been resounding in my spirit for a couple weeks now, and actually just yesterday the Lord really wrapped it up for me, and gave me the full revelation of what He was speaking!

I saw a lighthouse in a field and the light was shining so bright, and so far out in the field. Then I heard the words, "The cattle are grazing." Of course, I had no clue how the two were related at all! But I did know the significance of the Lighthouse. So, I decided after a while of trying to figure out what the cattle had to do with anything, to start googling cattle grazing. I know it sounds funny! However, when I read what happens during this process, it all made sense!

According to the National Park Service, "Bison, deer, and cattle compact the soil with their hooves and open new areas for seeds and the generation of plants to take root."

We are in the season! The cattle are grazing! Now is the time to plant the seeds, friends!! The cattle are grazing also tells us that they are hungry. Many people are hungry for the Lord. I believe you are going to see an increase in opportunities to shine the light of the Lord on many people.

I pray that you would yield to the tugging of the Spirit in those moments to plant.

The cattle are grazing.

Dear Heavenly Father,

Oh, You are so good to us! I ask You right now, Lord, for every single person who reads this to have an increase of discernment. Lord, give them the revelation of the abilities and gifts that You have already placed within them. Show them how to use them for Your Glory. I ask that Your Holy Spirit begin to stir up inside of them a deeper hunger and thirst for You. I ask you to fill them with Your Spirit that their hearts would be on fire for you. Align their will to match Yours, with faith in knowing that Yours is always better. You are the Good Shepherd who lays His life down for His precious sheep. We praise You, and give you thanks!

In the precious name of Jesus Christ,

-Amen.

Love and Blessings!

-Bethany Hope-
