Anxiety

In a vision, I saw the words "A. New. Rhythm."

The Lord said, "Shhhhh.", and I saw Him hovering above a huge ocean with both hands stretched out, and the waters were calm.

He said, "A perfected peace for you. Be still, and My grace is sufficient."

Your thoughts are like crashing waves, beating and crashing, but there is a new rhythm that you can step into that will not allow you to be taken under them.

Step into that rhythm.

What that means is submitting yourself under the authority of God. You can only have as much authority as you are under. It is this authority in you (God) that defeats the racing thoughts and anxiety. It is this authority that defeats the enemy, and every principality and work of darkness. It is this authority that speaks PEACE over every situation in your life. But this authority only comes by submission of yourself, and your life to the Lord.

One more thing the Lord showed me: The word "anxiety" has the letter "i" right in the center of it. However, so does the word "Him". You will abide in one of them. You choose.

I pray you choose "Him".
